My filming style places an emphasis on telling your story in a cinematic way while focusing on true emotion, capturing the raw and genuine moments that best showcase your love. I place an emphasis on documenting without influencing, attempting to be just a guest with a camera and a fly on the wall as much as possible.

16mm Highlight Film

Shooting on 16mm film has been an incredibly rewarding and exciting new way to capture marriages and is by far my favorite medium. This package is often chosen by couples who are looking for something a little more non-traditional than the standard wedding video. In addition to creating stunning images, having someone shooting film on your wedding day adds a little something extra to the vibe of the day that a digital video camera doesn’t offer.

This Package Includes:

  • 100% film highlight video of 5+ minutes.

    • Every film I create is unique. This means that the length can vary but the average video is around 7 minutes.

  • Audio recordings captured and used throughout highlight video.

    • Throughout your wedding day I will capture a variety of audio. Ambient sounds, letters, vows, ceremony, speeches, etc.

  • One filmmaker.

    • Keeping my team and my profile small allows you and your guests to feel more natural in front of the camera and less like you’re being followed my paparazzi all day.

  • Raw Footage.

    • Not every frame I capture makes it into the highlight video. Raw footage is more of a silent film that includes every frame of 16mm captured.

  • Full wedding day coverage.

    • I don’t like to limit your wedding day to the constraints of my timeline. As soon as you have a schedule for the day finalized, we can discuss what start/stop times make the most sense for me. Usually this ends up being 8-10 hours.

  • Delivered through a custom web page gallery.

Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner Coverage - Up to 3 hours of coverage at your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or whatever other pre-wedding celebration you’re having. —$500—

Ceremony and Speeches Recording - A digital recording of your ceremony and speeches from start to end with digital audio and video. — $800 —

Social Media Trailer - A short 30-45s trailer of your wedding film delivered within 30 days of your wedding day. Great for posting to Instagram and sharing with family before the full video is complete. —$500—

Wedding Weekend - Is one day not enough time to celebrate your love? Take me with to capture everything! — $1000+ —

Full Closed-Captioning - If you or someone close to you is hearing impaired please let me know and I will make sure to add full-closed captioning to your highlight film at no charge.

Travel and Taxes - Sales Tax will be applied if your wedding is in Minnesota. Travel fees may apply for anywhere over 100 miles from Minneapolis, MN. — Usually $1500 —
